Booking Terms
The simple terms that apply when you reserve a room at Colombohaven B&B.
Booking & payment
Reservations are confirmed instantly online. No deposit or online payment is taken — you pay the full amount at the property during your stay, by card or cash. The total shown at booking (room rate × nights, plus any cleaning fee and applicable taxes) is the amount due.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM, unless we agree otherwise in advance.
Changes & cancellation
Cancel if you have to— you pay the deposit or full payment throuogh paypal/bank deposit or cash at the property, so there's nothing to worry. Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am. You can cancel from My Booking using your reference and the email you booked with, or by calling us on +94(0)7434 2836.
House rules
- Cancel any time if you have to— you can pay cash at the property, or paypal/bank tranfer for deposit or full payment .
- Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Breakfast is included with every room, every morning.
- No smoking indoors.
- Quiet hours from 10:00 PM — it's why people come.
Liability
We take great care of our guests, but Colombohaven B&B is not liable for personal belongings or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please treat the house and garden with care; you are responsible for any damage caused during your stay.
