Booking Terms
The simple terms that apply when you reserve a room at Colombohaven.
Booking & payment
Reservations are confirmed instantly online. No deposit or online payment is taken — you pay the full amount at the property during your stay, by card or cash. The total shown at booking (room rate × nights, plus any cleaning fee and applicable taxes) is the amount due.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM, unless we agree otherwise in advance.
Changes & cancellation
Cancel any time — you pay at the property, so there's nothing to pay if you cancel. Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am. You can cancel from My Booking using your reference and the email you booked with, or by calling us on +1 (360) 555-0147.
House rules
- Cancel any time — you pay at the property, so there's no deposit and nothing to pay if you cancel.
- Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Breakfast is included with every room, every morning.
- No smoking indoors. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in The Hollow.
- Quiet hours from 10:00 PM — it's why people come.
Liability
We take great care of our guests, but Colombohaven is not liable for personal belongings or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please treat the house and garden with care; you are responsible for any damage caused during your stay.
