What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Need to arrive earlier or leave later? Just ask — we'll do what we can.
Is breakfast really included?
Yes — a slow, local breakfast every morning of your stay, included in every rate. Tell us about any allergies when you book.
What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any time if you have to— since you pay a deposit, we might keep the deposit depending on the time of your cancellation. Just cancel from 'My Booking' or give us a call so we can free up the room for someone else.
Do you allow pets or children?
No pets allowed-Sorry. Children are welcome throughout — The Margossa has a sofa bed and sleeps four.
Is the house accessible?
The Palmyrah and The Bamboo are on the first floor, so sorry there are stpes. Call us and we'll talk through anything you need.
Is parking available?
Yes — free off-street parking for one car per room, right by the door.
